2. Data We Collect
We collect data you provide: full name, email, phone, profile picture, CV, professional information (skills, experience, job preferences), and browsing data (IP, device).
3. Purpose
We use your data to: (a) manage your employability profile; (b) connect you with companies seeking profiles like yours; (c) send you job opportunity communications; (d) improve the platform.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 5, Law 8968) and the fulfillment of the contractual relationship with Fundación Forward Costa Rica.
5. Retention Period
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
6. Your ARCO Rights
You have the right of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition regarding your data. You can exercise these rights directly from your account Settings or by writing to privacidad@fwdcostarica.com.
7. Data Transfers
Your data may be accessed by companies posting vacancies on the platform, only with your explicit authorization when applying. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Data access is role-restricted and audited. However, no system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any incident affecting you.
